Staff will prepare the space for exhibition, enter your prices to our EPOS system, promote your work in-store and take payments. Promote, set-up and host the Meet The Maker events. By arrangement we can also promote, set-up and clear down if you host a workshop.

Sales reports are sent out within 10 days of take down and settled upon receipt of a business invoice.

Exhibitors agree to:

*Launch night usually falls on the first Friday of the month of residency and is a social gathering and opportunity for customers to see and purchase your work. “Meet the Maker ‘ is an opportunity for you to be available in the shop to answer questions about your work and/or work in the shop to show the public a ‘behind the scenes’ glimmer into what you do.

In addition you agree to the following:

Provide (by email) a copy of your Public Liability Insurance to ensure you are
covered for any theft or damage to your work.
If no insurance is provided fair trader take no responsibility for theft or damage to your work

Setup and take down and remove work by an agreed date. On the date agreed all artists use the space in a fair and proportional way and we are happy to accommodate display ideas but please speak to us first. We may add some of our shop stock to the room, plants, rugs etc if we feel this is appropriate. Please note that the exhibition space will be closed to the public while you set up and take down.

Your price points at least a week before setup date so we can upload them on our EPOS system. We will provide you with our Epos scan tickets which you can place on your work. Alternatively, we have branded labels for more delicate or expensive work.
We kindly ask that you label your own work.

If you wish to hold a workshop in our space, either upstairs in the Featured@ space or downstairs in the cavern, then please speak to us about days, times, costings etc and we will do our best to accommodate
