This small family business, based in York, produces an original range of hand-made fairly-traded chocolate bars in a variety of adventurous flavours.

They carefully infuse the chocolate blends with completely natural essential oils, imparting their chocolate bars with mouth-watering flavours from Mint, Lime and Orange through to the florals Lavender, Orange & Bergamot and Rose.

Not only do they only use fairly traded chocolate from Colombia in their products but they also do their bit for the environment by re-using cartons and saving waste wherever possible.

The company also supports a charity, Seeds of Hope, set up by their founder Linda. This charity sponsors children in the village of Kumi in Uganda and has dug boreholes and set up an orphanage there for children who have lost their parents to AIDS or conflict.
