Postage is free on UK orders over £50, otherwise £4.95.

 

We aim to keep our delivery costs as low as possible whilst offering a relatively speedy delivery. 

 

A tracking number will be sent to the email address you supplied on your order.

GIFT WRAPPING

We offer a gift wrapping service. When checking out, choose the Gift Wrapping option. Select wrapping suitable for Child, Adult or Christmas (actual designs may vary from the examples shown, though all our wrapping is stylish and sustainably-produced). Then (optionally) complete your message and Add to Cart. We'll handwrite your message and deliver to the address specified.

RETURNS

We can accept returns for a refund or exchange, apart from perishable items and earrings, within 14 days of purchase. Drop us an email at info@fairtrader.coop with your name, details of the product(s) you wish to return, reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. You can then post the products to the address below. Products must be in the original packing, with the labels still attached and in saleable condition. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) a refund or voucher will be issued. Please note that all returns are made at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded service as Fair Trader is not liable for the cost of lost items.

We make every effort to ensure that items are inspected before postage and are packaged carefully so that they arrive with you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please get in touch with us via email or phone as soon as possible so that we can arrange a refund or exchange. 

Out of stock items: we try our hardest to keep our online shop up to date but occasionally it may show as in stock an item that is out of stock when you order. If this is the case, you will be notified and given options for refund, credit or to wait for the item to be restocked.
