Instructions for use

One pump is plenty for a shoulder or knee. Use less for smaller areas.
Warm oil in your hands before massaging into to the affected area twice daily.
Rub in well before dressing.

Orders are available for delivery or collection from our Holmfirth store.

  • UK delivery is free for orders of £50 and over. The fee for UK delivery is £4.95 on orders under £50. Orders are delivered by Royal Mail and sent via 24 or 48-hour tracked.
  • Collection is free. Orders will usually be ready to collect the next business day. Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am – 4 pm on Monday – Saturday.
