Working with small, local farmers, Tony’s Chocolonely is committed to ethical trade practices, actively opposing slavery and child labour and leading by example.
The company invests in long-term partnerships with farmer cooperatives and helps them professionalise. It pays cocoa farmers a higher price and invests in agricultural knowledge and training to help them improve productivity on their farms so they can earn a decent income, and makes chocolate with traceable cocoa.
